At Cobalt Creed we know that a successful installation starts with proper planning. To ensure that the homeowner has a home with the best indoor air quality possible, Cobalt Creed works closely with every builder, and their unique home designs, to conduct manual J heat gain, heat loss calculation and cooling load calculations for the home.
We match your floor plans and building criteria (wall R, ceiling R, window U, window SHGC among others) to calculate by room the BTU’s of cooling and heating necessary to deliver the comfort the builder’s client expects.
